『イナズマイレブン』は弟がハマってます！
ＨＨ 今回はBerryz工房が『イナズマイレブン』のエンディングを歌っているということで、セガの『イナズマイレブン』プライズアイテムを持ってきました！
嗣永 すごいですねー！ 『イナズマイレブン』は、小学５年生の弟がファンなんですよ。『イナズマイレブン』の影響でサッカーを始めたくらい大ファンで！ なのでこのサッカーボールとか、欲しがりそうですね。でも蹴っちゃうのがもったいない！ わたしも普通に欲しいなと思ったり（笑）。わたしも弟といっしょに『イナズマイレブン』のゲームで対戦をしたり、アニメを観たりしてるんですよ。
ＨＨ そうなんですね。では桃子ちゃんもファンということですね。
嗣永 はい！ だから、どのグッズも全部欲しいです！ わたしは、壁山くんがすごい好きなんですよ。存在感がすごいじゃないですか！ それに、いやし系で、アニメ観ててもいやされるので。だからこのサッカーボールに壁山くんがいて、うれしくなっちゃいました！

嗣永 弟情報だと、小学校でみんなで歌ってたりするみたいなんですよ！ だから、うれしいな〜って思いますね。エンディングになっている曲は全部、歌詞がアニメの内容に合わせたものになっているので、ちっちゃい男の子にも受け入れられやすいのかな？ ちっちゃい子から大人の皆さんまで、支持してもらってうれしいです！

ＨＨ 『Berryz工房コンサートツアー2009秋〜目立ちたいっ!!〜』（DVDが3990円で発売中）では、ソロで『VERY BEAUTY』を歌っていて、意外でビックリしました。
嗣永 あれはわたしもビックリしました！ Berryz工房のライブでソロは久しぶりです。『VERY BEAUTY』を出したときは、ちょうど中学から高校になる時で、歌詞の内容にすっごく共感できたっていう想い出の曲なんですよ。それにわたし、バラード曲もすごく好きなんで、歌えてうれしかったですね。
ＨＨ 衣装もピンクでかわいらしかったですね。
嗣永 衣装もピンクで、照明もピンクで！ お客さんもピンクのサイリウム振ってくれたりして、もうピンクの世界って感じで！
ＨＨ 小指にリボンを付けてたりしましたよね。
嗣永 ステージ用に目立つピンキーリングを作ってもらって、最近のライブではそれを付けてるんですよ！ このコンサートでも、４つくらい作ってもらって、衣装によって付け替えてます。小指をどんどん強調していきたいなと！
ＨＨ あとは、魚屋さんとタイの衣装もすごかったです。
嗣永 あの衣装は、メンバー全員観た時に目が点でした（笑）。でも、いざステージに立つと、お客さんの反応を見るのが楽しかったですね！
ＨＨ そういえば、オープニングの映像からすごかったですね。
嗣永 あれはビックリでしたね！ 小さいころの写真を持ってきてくださいって、いきなり無茶ブリされて（笑）。昔の写真とか見返したりしないんで、押し入れの奥のアルバムを出してきて……母からこの時はこうだったんだよ〜とか教えてもらったりして、家族団らんにもなりました（笑）。
ＨＨ 小さいころの桃子ちゃんの写真は、全部無表情でしたよね。
嗣永 そうなんですよ、なんか無表情なんですよ。カメラを向けられると緊張しちゃってたんでしょうね。
平成の松田聖子になりたい！
ＨＨ ハロー！プロジェクトに入ってからも、もうすぐ８年になります。そんなカメラを向けられると緊張する女の子が、なんでオーディションを受けようと思ったんですか？
嗣永 テレビで観たモーニング娘。が、いろんなゲームをやって、おいしいものをいっぱい食べてたりして「わたしもやりたいな〜！ わたしも食べたいな〜！」って思ったのがきっかけなんですよ！ もちろん歌は好きだったんですけど、アイドルとかにはあんまり興味がなくて……アニメとかマンガばっかりに目が行ってたんです。でも、ハロー！プロジェクトに入って、いざやってみると、キラキラの衣装とか着させてもらって、「もうこれはヤバい！」って、自分の中でストライクだったんですよね。
ＨＨ そして、現在のハロー！の中でも、桃子ちゃんはかなりアイドルアイドルしてるほうだと思うんですけど、桃子ちゃんの中でアイドルとはどういうものですか？
嗣永 う〜ん、本当にあこがれのアイドルとかは、なかったんですよ。だから、ハロー！に入るまで、アイドルってどういうものかとかって、考えたこともなかったんですけど……最近になっていろいろと映像を見させてもらって、今は“平成の松田聖子”になりたいと思っています!!
ＨＨ “平成の松田聖子”！ それはスゴいですね！
嗣永 松田聖子さんって、永遠のアイドルじゃないですか!!
ＨＨ 松田聖子さんは、今でもしっかりアイドルですから、すばらしいですよね。
